Recipe for Walnut Pudding -


Step 1 Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.


Step 2 Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add walnuts and fry till fragrant.


Step 3 Now add khoya and keep frying. Then add milk powder and keep frying while mixing well. Now add milk and mix. Add small cardamom powder and sugar and mix well.


Step 4 Cook over medium heat till the mixture thickens and becomes like halva. Garnish with whole walnuts and serve warm.
