You may have tried multiple variations of Maggi like Italian Maggi, tadka Maggi or chicken Maggi. But have you ever tried a pizza that is made from noodles or paratha stuffed with the good ’ol Maggi? Give these different variations of Maggi a try along with a few more recipes that will turn your boring regular noodles into a gourmet meal.
1. Maggi Pizza

A pizza base made with noodles? Yes, it’s possible and we’ll show you how. This is a no-oven recipe that you can easily make in 15-20 minutes, so you don’t quite have any excuses to not try this.
Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles, 2 packets
1½ cup water
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, washed and chopped (optional)
Corn flour paste (1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2-3 tsp water)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2-3 tbsp Pizza sauce
½ cup grated cheese
½ onion, chopped
½ capsicum, chopped
½ tomato, chopped
½ cup sweet corn, boiled
1 tbsp oregano seasoning
1 tbsp red chilli flakes

When hunger pangs kick in, I often crush the noodle cakes, add tastemaker powder and eat it raw. If you do the same, then here’s a simple recipe to make it tastier.
Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles, 2 packets
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 potato, peeled and boiled
1 tbsp chaat masala
2-3 tsp lemon juice
2-3 green chillies, chopped
Salt as per taste
Few fresh coriander leaves, washed and chopped
Method:
In a frying pan, crush the noodle cakes into small pieces and dry roast them till they’re golden brown in colour. Once they are roasted well, transfer it to a bowl and add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, lemon juice, tastemaker powder and chaat masala. Now cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the bowl. Add some salt and mix it well. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.
3. Maggi Manchurian

Imagine eating noodles with Manchurian made from noodles? If the mere thought blows your mind away, wait till you actually try this dish.
Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles, 3 packets
1½ cup water
½ onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chilllies
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ onion, diced
½ capsicum, chopped
¼ cup spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp Maida
Corn flour paste (1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2-3 tsp water)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp ketchup
Salt to taste
4-5 tbsp oil
Method:
In a stir fry pan, bring water to a boil and add 2 noodle cakes. Cook it till the water dries up and let it cool. Once it’s cool, add chopped onions, half of spring onions, cornflour powder, Maida, salt, red chilli powder and Maggi tastemaker powder. Mix it well and set aside. Now take the third noodle cake, crush it well and spread it on a plate. Now rub some oil on your palms and make small balls from the Maggi mixture. Coat the Manchurian balls with the crushed noodles and deep fry until they turn golden brown in colour. Remove the balls from the pan, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped onions, capsicum and green chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes till they’re slightly soft. Now add salt, soy sauce, ketchup and vinegar. Stir the vegetables and sauces well. Now add the cornflour paste and once the gravy thickens, add the Manchurian balls. Mix it well and serve.

4. Maggi Spring Roll

Spring roll stuffed with Maggi is what gastronomic dreams are made of.
Ingredients:
5-6 spring roll sheets
Maggi noodles, 1 packet
1 cup water
½ onion, thinly sliced
½ capsicum, thinly sliced
½ carrot, finely chopped
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Maida
4-5 tbsp oil for frying
Chaat masala for garnishing
Method:
